Overall, your dissertation supervisor and the 2nd reader will be specifically looking for and examining the following key elements in your final report:

A thoroughly analysed problem definition based on relevant primary and secondary information gathered by you;A cohesive and systematic analysis of the relevant issues germane to both the business domain of the organisation and the assignment/problem definition;
The creativity and feasibility of the strategic options and implementation planA financial underpinning of whatever solutions you recommend showing the financial feasibility of the strategic options/strategy deployment;
The robustness of the financial plan or budget;The justifiable nature of the conclusions derived from the analysis;
Whether the recommendations are both feasible and warranted by the conclusions reached;Proper use of theory and concept.  You must demonstrate your skill in using theory to analyse problems, and in particular be able to assess both the usefulness and limitations of the concepts used;
The overall cohesiveness and completeness of the dissertation.

This section refers to the overall dissertation.

Before you hand in your final draft to your dissertation supervisor, take a couple of days and relax; get your head clear, and then make that last push toward completion.  Go back through your report and ask yourself a few questions about what you see in front of you.
Examples:

Does this paper actually end up addressing and solving the problem?  Or did I get sidetracked somewhere along the way?  Have I followed the stream?

Do all of the parts of my report all describe, analyse and/or support my effort?  Or did I get sidetracked, and end up using a lot of “filler”?

If this report was a water-pot, would it hold water?  Or did I get sidetracked somewhere along the way, and leave lots of holes in my logical development?
